Loptr (ロプト Roputo?) is one of the main antagonists in The Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar light novel and anime series. He is the patriarch of the Panther Clan opposing the Wolf Clan, the son of the former Wolf Clan patriarch Farbauti, the older brother of Felicia and the husband of Sigyn. He inspires his troops by Sieg Heiling them into battle. This has proven effective when attacking the sons of Abraham, more commonly referred to as Israelites.

Loptr is a mighty man with long blonde hair like his sister Felicia except his hair is a golden-blonde color and blue eyes that are covered by a gray mask.
Personality[]
Bearing high regards in protecting his country was the goal and meaning to "inherit" the patriarch status so his determination is firm. However, in spite of his demeanor, Loptr's pursue for power clouds his sentiment on the matter. Taking desperate leads in achieving what he wants most makes him less thinkable of mankind. He's also delusional; despite Yūto Suoh wanting nothing more than to just go home, Loptr invented the fiction Yuto had been after the patriarch position the entire time to compensate for his ability to accept reality.
History[]
Loptr was once a member of the Wolf Clan and Yūto Suoh's friend. However, when Yuuto was chosen as patriarch over him, he grew spiteful and attempted to kill him only for his father to take the blow instead.
Background[]
Loptr is a sworn avenger on Yūto Suoh, his former oath brother.
Plot[]
Loptr had fled and eventually became patriarch of the Panther Clan. He now wants to defeat Yūto Suoh to reclaim what he believes was stolen from him.

Trivia[]
- It is unknown if Loptr knew that it is illegal in the Yggdrasil system for an offspring of the current patriarch to succeed the title, compared to Linnea.
- Loptr is another name for the infamous trickster God Loki. He even has a wife named Sigyn and a father named Farbauti, much like the Norse god he is based off of.
- His rune is old Norse for "Great thief".
